Step 1. WHICH ONLINE STORE IS BEST FOR YOU? Only "Spirit Wear Fundraisers" Offers 3 Choices!
1.) ORDER DEADLINE DATE. Lower Prices Because All Orders Are Printed Together. (This Store Can Be Reopened.)
2.) 24 / 7/ 365. Online Store Open Year-Round. People Can Order Anytime. Prices Are Slightly Higher.
3.) HYBRID. After an 'Order Deadline Date'(#1 above), And We Reopen The Store, With Select Products, 24/ 7/ 365!
Step 2. Email DETAILS ABOUT THE STORE/FUNDRAISER YOU WANT
1.) Examples: School, Team, Event, 5K, ? etc.
2.) Fundraiser or Non-Fundraiser. You change that if needed because It's Your Store.
Step 3. DESIGN, LOGOS, ARTWORK
We Create Design(s) and/or Use Your Design Suggestions.
Step 4. YOUR APPROVAL
We have years of experience and offer the current popular products for you to Approve, Change, but wait ! :) you can even DIY and we will finish the final steps.
1.) We Email You a Link To Your Store So You Can Approve It or Make Changes.
2.) After Final Approval, 'Your Store' Is Ready For You To Promote!
Step 5. ORDERS.
Orders are Bagged and Sorted and Sent to the School, Team Office or designated location
We Use USPS and/or UPS.
Step 6. FUNDRAISER AMOUNT
Generally we add $3.00 for the first T-shirt and $5.00 per item for everything else.
This is "Your Store" so you can make the final decision.
Prices shown on the Fundraiser Stores include the Fundraiser Amount.
NOTE: Fundraiser proceeds are not available for online stores with sales less than $500 total.
Step 7. YOUR CHECK
1.) The Fundraiser or Commission Check Is Sent Approx. 1 Week after Delivery of All Orders.
2.) Fundraiser Check is send for Online Stores with order over $500.
3.) Checks Need To Be Made Out To The Appropriate Fundraiser Name, .Org, NPO.
8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS.......
... 1.) Order Deadline Date Stores. The Sorted and Bagged Orders Ship in approx. 10-14 working days.
... 2.) 24 / 7/ 365 Stores. Since these are one-at-a-time orders, Orders Ship in approx. 7-10 working days.
... 3.) Hybrid. After The Order Deadline Date, We Can Offer Select Products 24/ 7/ 365! Orders Ship in approx. 7-10 working days.

Shipping/ Delivery We can Ship orders Daily or Weekly based on Order Volume or In Bulk for example, Stores with a Order Deadline Date. We Use USPS Priority Mail ( trackable), or UPS Customer gets an Email when Order Ships.

Back Order Policy If an item becomes unavailable we may substitute with a very similar style that meets the quality and style that was offered or if nothing is available, the item will will need to cancel that item and refund for that Item issued.
Returns & Exchanges Orders are Custom Printed or Embroidered, due to that we are not able to take a Return or Exchange any items. Need Help? We are willing to discount a replacement if you ordered incorrectly. Your Satisfaction is Our Future.
Order Cancellations. Cancellations, ''may be possible'', within the first 24-48 hours after you place your order and at our discretion based on actual timing and weekends, etc. We promise do do our best to accommodate a cancellation request .
