Exclusive from 'Boomer T's Spirit Wear Fundraisers' is our Hybrid E-Stores.   

E-Stores are Fundraiser, Non-Fundraiser or Commission Based.

•A Hybrid E-Store is 1.) Open 24/7/36, but you can also have random 2.) 'Group Discount Sales Dates'.

Group Discount Sales Dates are a 2 week time frame and have an Order Deadline Date. We process the orders after the Order Deadline Date.  Your E-Store remains open 24/7/365.  

• Fundraiser Dollars are only available during the "Group Order Sales Dates".

•24/7/365 Orders are processed daily, in the order they come in.  These orders can go out in 1 day or more based on the Product and other variables.

•Pop Up Store Orders are processed after the Order Deadline Date and can take 2-3 weeks to be completed. Timing is based on the variety of items and volume of orders.

•Orders are either 1.) Sent to the School, Club, Company, Coordinator, etc. for Distribution or 2.)sent USPS

Pop Up Stores have Open and Close dates.

Examples: Memorial Fundraiser, a team championship celebration, family reunion, 5K Run, etc.

NEXT. It's Ready and Live!

When you Approve Your Store, it is Ready!   Promote/Send the Link to Everyone.

( This is 'Your Store' so be sure to Promote It a few times.  :)

FUNDRAISER AMOUNT

Generally we add $3.00 for the first T-shirt and $5.00 per item for everything else. 

This is "Your Store" so you can make the final decision.

Prices shown on the Fundraiser Stores include the Fundraiser Amount. 

NOTE: Fundraiser proceeds are not available for online stores with sales less than $500 total.

Fundraiser Checks for Schools, .orgs., NPO's, Government Depts., cannot be made out to Individuals.

DESIGN, LOGOS, ARTWORK

We Create Design(s) and/or Use Your Design Suggestions.   

PRODUCT CHOICE

We have years of experience and offer the current popular products for you to Approve, Change, but wait ! :) you can even DIY and we will finish the final steps.

We Email You a Link To Your Store So You Can Approve It or Make Changes.

ORDERS. 

Orders are Bagged and Sorted and Sent to the School, Team Office or designated location OR

sent USPS and/or UPS.

ARE THERE SETUP FEES?

No Cost To Set Up "Your Store" and No Minimums for 90% of the Online Stores We Create.

BACK ORDER POLICY 

If an item becomes unavailable we may substitute with a very similar style that meets the quality and style that was offered or if nothing is available, the item will will need to cancel that item and refund for that Item issued.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Orders are Custom Printed or Embroidered, due to that we are not able to take a Return or Exchange any items.    Need Help?  We are willing to discount a replacement if you ordered incorrectly.  Your Satisfaction is Our Future.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS. 

Cancellations, ''may be possible'', within the first 24-48 hours after you place your order and at our discretion based on actual timing and weekends, etc.  We promise do do our best to accommodate a cancellation request .
